How we charge for our therapies
Special rates have been negotiated with each therapist to ensure the cheapest possible price per treatment. This is because the therapist doesn’t have to pay for any of the equipment or therapy rooms as this is all subsidised by TDF.
Prices vary depending on whether you are disabled or you are a carer.
Who is entitled to the carer rate?
Carers can be categorised as close family members, paid carers, unpaid carers and NHS staff members, or anyone who works closely in supporting someone with a disability or complex medical condition.
Who is entitled to the disabled rate?
TDF’s Mission Statement states that it welcomes any person with any disability whether it is a sensory, learning, mental, physical or unseen. TDF vets clients carefully as to their status of disability. Temporary or short term injury and illness can be seen as a temporary disablement but clients are made aware that when they have made a full recovery they must return to the applicable rate.
For more details please see our current adult therapy price list or child therapy price list.
Disclaimer
TDF reserves the right to refer a prospective client to the appropriate specialist body, organisation, or qualified personnel, if TDF does not feel qualified or equipped to deal with specific conditions. By doing this TDF believes all clients are given the opportunity to access services that will be the most beneficial to them and therefore ensuring they receive the best possible care.
